Is there a success fee?
No. Acquivo charges a flat monthly subscription. You keep 100% of your sale proceeds.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
What is included in the free Explorer tier?
Explorer includes an AI valuation estimate with low, base, and high ranges, a 0 to 10 Exit Readiness Score, a buyer universe preview, an exit roadmap, four education modules, and the document readiness checklist. No credit card is required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new tier activates immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do I need to be ready to sell right now?
No. Many owners begin planning well before they intend to sell. Explorer is free and helps you assess readiness and begin building toward your goals.
What is included in the Close tier?
Close includes everything in In Market, plus a Dedicated Deal Coach, buyer data room sharing and activity tracking, an LOI workspace, a purchase agreement workflow, due diligence Q&A tracking, a closing checklist, post-close transition planning, unlimited team members, an attorney and CPA referral network, and white-glove onboarding.
Is Acquivo a broker-dealer or investment advisor?
No. Acquivo is a software platform that operates under the SEC M&A Broker Exemption, Section 15(b)(13) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78o(b)(13). It is not a registered broker-dealer and does not represent buyers or sellers in a fiduciary capacity. Owners use the platform's tools, templates, and information to run their own process with their attorney and advisors.
What happens to my financial data?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Acquivo does not share, sell, or disclose your financial information to buyers. Documents you upload are accessible only to you unless you choose to share them through the platform. You can delete your account and associated data at any time.
